Instalment Policy


 

I. Benefits when participating in the instalment payment program at www.dyson.vn

  • Accept credit cards (Visa / MasterCard / JCB) of more than 21 affiliated banks. See list below.
  • Applicable to orders with a value of 3,000,000 VND or more.
  • Instalment terms 3 - 6 - 9 –12 months (Depending on the bank).
  • No prepayment required.
  • Instalment payment with 0% interest.
  • No instalment conversion fee (Depending on the bank)
  • Each Customer can participate in the Program many times, provided that the total value of the orders does not exceed the Customer's credit card limit.

 

II. Terms & Conditions

  1. The program applies to customers who are international credit cardholders of banks. Cardholders of affiliated banks can pay 0% interest installment for up to 12 months by choosing the instalment payment method.

  2. Cancellation is not applied to installment transactions that have been paid successfully after 2 days.

  3. The program does not apply with Free 14-day return policy.

  4. Instalment orders will not be exchanged on demand. In case:
    - For defective products, Dyson will support warranty and change new products (if necessary)

  5. The remaining expiry date of the card must be greater than the selected instalment term.

  6. In cases the card is not eligible for instalment conversion according to the regulations of each Bank, the Bank has the right to refuse the instalment conversion and is not responsible for all interest/ expenses incurred. (if any) about unsuccessful instalment conversion.

  7. When making instalment payment at Dyson.vn website, you do not have to do anything more, including SMS to the bank or call the bank to confirm the instalment transaction.

III. Banks and Payment Terms

    Note:
  • Techcombank: User pay instalment transaction fee: 1.1% base on value transaction (at least 150,000VND/transaction)
  • MSB collects instalment transaction fee:
    • - Terms: 3 & 6 months: 1%
    - Term 9 & 12 months: 3%

 

IV. Instructions on Instalment Payment

Step 1: Choose the goods
Choose the goods with a total value of 3.000.000 VND or more.

Step 2: Choose instalment payment method
Select the “Instalment by credit card” payment method to start the instalment purchase process.


Step 3: Select the issuing bank, card type and desired instalment term
Choose the bank that issued the credit card.

Choose card type:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • JCB
Select installment term:
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 9 months
  • 12 months
Check order information after choosing the instalment payment method:
  • Order value
  • Instalment term
  • Instalment fee (if any)
  • Monthly instalment amount
  • Total instalment amount


Step 4: Enter payment card information
- Card number: Row of 15 or 16 numbers printed on the card, for example: 412345678912345
- Expired month / year: Expired month / year printed on the card, for example: 02/28
- CSC: CSC code printed on the card, for example: 123
- Cardholder's full name: Cardholder's name is printed on the card, for example: NGUYEN VAN A
- Click the button "Checkout" to make a transaction.

Note:

  • The information entered must be correct according to the information on the card.
  • The available spending limit of the card is more than or equal to the total instalment amount.

Step 5: Enter 3D-Secure authentication password (if any)
If the credit card has been registered to participate in the Verified by Visa/ MasterCard Secure Code/ J-Secure program of the issuing bank, you will be transferred to the interface of the issuing bank card to enter the authentication password. In case you forget or don't know the authentication password, please contact your card issuing bank at the phone number on the back of the card for support.

Step 6: Receive transaction results
Please wait a moment to be sent back to the Merchant's website and receive the transaction result notification (successful or unsuccessful transaction).


 

V. Important Note
Please carefully read the terms and conditions of the Instalment Program. By confirming payment, you acknowledge understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions of the instalment payment program. Dyson reserves the right to refuse to execute an order that does not meet the conditions of the Program. In the event of a dispute, the decision-making right belongs to Dyson.
